Sign in or open account settings

On desktop, open Account, then choose Settings. In the compact Studio menu, choose Settings directly. If Studio asks you to sign in first, the Welcome back screen starts with password sign-in. Choose Continue with Google, or enter your Email and Password and choose Sign in. Choose Email me a sign-in link if you would rather use a passwordless email link. If you are new to Studio, choose Create account. If you cannot remember an existing password, choose Forgot password? rather than creating a second account.

Send sign-in link uses the email-link method. Choose Use password to return to password sign-in.

Saved charts and export passes belong to the account shown in Settings. Check that account before assuming a chart or pass is missing. To leave the account on this device, choose Sign out from Account on desktop or the compact Studio menu.

Export chart data

Guests must sign in before the Export dialog opens. Signing in does not buy a pass. After you sign in, choose CSV spreadsheet for a portable copy of the current chart's people data. CSV is always free and can be imported again. It does not preserve the chart's theme or page layout.

Export each chart you need before deleting it or the account. The current privacy policy explains how saved chart data and local browser drafts are handled; the terms describe current service and export-pass conditions.

Understand where chart data is kept

A guest draft stays in the browser storage used on that device. A chart saved to an account is stored with that account so it can be opened after sign-in elsewhere. Export processing uses the chart and export settings needed to make the requested file.

The privacy policy is the current authority for storage, service providers, retention, analytics, and your privacy rights. Org Chart Studio does not use employee data to train AI. Help search runs locally in the app and does not send the question to an AI model. After analytics consent, the bounded query and a small result snapshot may be stored in our first-party database for up to 30 days to evaluate Help relevance.

Choose Cookie settings from the Studio menu or site footer. Usage analytics, Session replay, and Marketing measurement are separate optional choices. Change only the choices you want, then choose Save preferences. Cancel leaves the previous preferences unchanged.

Cookie preferences on a phone with Usage analytics, Session replay, and Marketing measurement switched off.

The privacy policy is the authority for what each purpose means and when it runs.

Delete the account

Open Settings and find Delete account in the Danger zone. Account deletion is different from deleting one chart, deleting one person, or resetting a guest draft. The confirmation and current privacy policy describe the consequences. Chart Undo cannot restore an account or a deleted saved chart.

Export each chart you want to keep as CSV spreadsheet first. CSV preserves people data for re-import, not theme or page layout. Then return to Settings, open Delete account, and read the confirmation before continuing.

Exporting a chart does not delete it, and opening the deletion confirmation does not create a backup.

Contact support

Email hello@orgchartstudio.com. For a reproducible defect, include what you did, what you expected, what happened, browser and device, and the approximate time. The bug-report guide explains how to provide a sanitized screenshot without exposing employee data.

For billing help, include the account email, the pass shown in Studio, the format and export scope, the people count, and the attempt time. Do not email passwords, payment-card numbers, verification codes, or an employee roster.

Ask for a receipt or payment help

Email hello@orgchartstudio.com from the address used for the purchase. Include the approximate purchase time and the pass shown in Studio. If the problem concerns an export, add its format, selected scope, people count, and attempt time.

Ask support to send the receipt or resolve the payment issue. Do not send a password, full payment-card number, or employee roster.
