The bug-report guide walks through a report we can act on: the steps you took, any exact error text, your browser and device, and when it happened.
Before you send a screenshot or recording, check it for names or other information you would rather not share. Fictional people show the same problem.
For a payment or receipt question, write from the address used for the purchase and include the approximate purchase time, the pass or subscription shown in Studio, and the export you were making. The account, data, and support guide covers receipts, payment help, and exporting your chart data.
Never email passwords, verification codes, full payment-card numbers, or an employee roster.
In the PowerPoint add-in, a free chart is a watermarked image. With an active pass or subscription, you can edit the chart in PowerPoint. The pane shows which result you will get before you insert.
Free inserts also add an Org Chart Studio information slide. If the chart is not saved to your account, they add a backup reminder slide too.
If an insert, update, or sign-in fails, include the pane wording you saw, your PowerPoint version, and whether the presentation is on Windows, Mac, or PowerPoint on the web.
